Your video was not approved for monetization

I don't care about the monetization, but I care about the principle.
This Integration by U-Sub Tutorial  is completely my own creation. 
But YouTube has the last word.
Their copyright division sorely needs an overhaul.

    i totally agree i made this video of me opening a box, and there are literately hundreds of the same type of videos on youtube doing the same exact thing. but suprisingly mine was declined for monetization. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z-D_7v0mA_c&feature=g-user-u

      Positive development. A viewer's comment on that tutorial led me to check what I wrote in the description. Surprise, YouTube amended their mistake (without notifying me). This blog drew their attention?
